I haven't written in FOREVER! I haven't written in like 27 days! I am so sorry to keep you waiting! First it was all last day of school stuff, then going to Prince Edward Island, and I don't know why I haven't written! eep!
Last time (seriously a long time ago)...
Hurry up! You can eat your waffles in the car" "Okay" I said
This time...
I ran to the car as fast as a could and hopped in. I knew that I was already late, but I didn't want to be so late that I would have to get my name in the blue book. You see, my school has a policy that if you are really bad, (or really late) you would have to sign your name in the blue book. If you had your name in the blue book 3 times, you would have detention for a whole month. Every single day! If I was in school only 15 minutes late I would just have to sit in the classroom by myself for lunch, but If I was 20 minutes late, I would have to sign the blue book.
My dad came running into the car yelling something, but I had no idea what he was saying. At first it sounded like barkparc, then it sounded like aardvark. I had no idea what he was saying but I knew he was yelling and me because he was waving his hands like crazy and pointing at me. Finally he said "GO GET YOUR BACKPACK" Now I knew that he was trying to say backpack, so I ran inside and went to my room looking for my backpack. I looked around and it wasn't there! I went all around the house looking for it, but it wasn't anywhere.I finally checked the basement, and there it was sitting right in front of the toolbox. I grabbed it and sprinted back upstairs. I ran out of the house and hopped into the car. When I finally got back in the car I looked at my backpack. It looked different. I could tell that something was different. I looked up it unclose, and say that there was a tiny keychain on it that said "The Ice dragon of Alaska" then it had a picture of the dragon. It was the one my grandpa took.
I hope that made up for the 27 days I didn't write!
